Simply Breakfast



If you are looking for an easy, quick, healthy and delicious breakfast, here is one idea that may work for you.

Organic, plain Greek Yogurt sweetened with a little bit of raw honey or pure maple syrup. I like to add a little bit of natural peanut butter to it, some chia seeds and ground flax seed, a few walnuts and  serve it with half a gluten free, egg free, soy free English muffin and a variety of fruit.

It's delicious, gluten free, full of great nutrition and protein.
