Fitness & Nutrition

Fitness and nutrition are a very important part of our lives. My husband and I work out together regularly and we enjoy outdoor activities as a family such as hiking, swimming, basketball, baseball, jogging, Frisbee and whatever other fun outdoor sports are available to us throughout the year.

Currently we are enjoying the P90X3 program and we're very happy with the results so far!
